Psalm 139
Psalm 103
1 Praise the LORD, my soul;
all my inmost being, praise his holy name.
2 Praise the LORD, my soul,
and forget not all his benefits—
3 who forgives all your sins
and heals all your diseases,
4 who redeems your life from the pit
and crowns you with love and compassion,
5 who satisfies your desires with good things
so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.
6 The LORD works righteousness
and justice for all the oppressed.
7 He made known his ways to Moses,
his deeds to the people of Israel:
8 The LORD is compassionate and gracious,
slow to anger, abounding in love.
9 He will not always accuse,
nor will he harbor his anger forever;
10 he does not treat us as our sins deserve
or repay us according to our iniquities.
11 For as high as the heavens are above the earth,
so great is his love for those who fear him;
12 as far as the east is from the west,
so far has he removed our transgressions from us.
13 As a father has compassion on his children,
so the LORD has compassion on those who fear him;
14 for he knows how we are formed,
he remembers that we are dust.
15 The life of mortals is like grass,
they flourish like a flower of the field;
16 the wind blows over it and it is gone,
and its place remembers it no more.
17 But from everlasting to everlasting
the LORD’s love is with those who fear him,
and his righteousness with their children’s children—
18 with those who keep his covenant
and remember to obey his precepts.
19 The LORD has established his throne in heaven,
and his kingdom rules over all.
20 Praise the LORD, you his angels,
you mighty ones who do his bidding,
who obey his word.
21 Praise the LORD, all his heavenly hosts,
you his servants who do his will.
22 Praise the LORD, all his works
everywhere in his dominion.
Praise the LORD, my soul.

Give as Jesus Gave
It is true, along the course of our relationship with Christ, we totally get what WE put in. Christ will never give you more than you can bare spiritually or naturally wrather its a blessing or a spiritual gift. Inorder for us to maximize our fullest potential in Christ, we must put in WORK!! Work being as in SERVING AS JESUS SERVED.
Reading through the four gospels in the new testament many of Jesus's characteristics and moral traits were highlighted. During the times when he was being persecuted, he continued to show love and mercy. When we are being led by Christ, there will come times when persecution may come from family members, the church, or the world. We must continue to show love towards those who persecute us, because we all once would have persecuted Christ (In the Old Man). Christ granted mercy to those who were deceiving and to those who were being deceived.
He never neglected to share the gospel to anyone who was THIRSTING AFTER RIGHTEOUSNESS. He even did so for the woman at the well even though Samaritans weren't accepted equally as Jews, her eagerness and THIRST, moved Christ. He moved in her life, and will move in our lives at a level depending on what we PUT IN!! While being called the Son of the Devil, he continued to show mercy and allowed them to REPENT.
When we are in need of encouragement, its important for us to encourage. When we are in the need of love, its important for us to love. When we are in financial need, it is important for us to give. When we need mercy, mercy will be shown to those who have shown mercy. What you lack, you must give inorder to mature spiritually. The more of a servant you become, the more knowledgeable of God you will become. As you continue to serve, you will begin to take on more of his NATURE!!
Our giving is totally done through the Holy Spirit, and allows for us to receive deeper Revelation and Understanding of scripture. Serving forces us to deny our bodies of pleasure and to receive pleasure from the fact that we are pleasing God and not man. This opens the door for ministries and opportunities to minister. When we receive revelations or blessings or anything from Christ, we must share it so that it blesses and encourages others.
Serving Hurts and is a task that is totally opposite of the FLESH which loves to receive, but not to give. We can observe the story of Cain and Abel, and look at how Abels deed was more pure and sacrificial than Cain's. Our natural instincts are to receive and get all that we can and as much of it as possible. We see this in the WORLD today a.k.a THE AMERICAN DREAM.
Jesus gave continuously and in various ways. He left the throne in heaven to come down in the form of a man, an image that he created to save us. While completing the task at hand, those very same people that he came to save, rebuked him and KILLED HIM. But he still loved, and completed his task as the PERFECT SERVANT who serves while enduring tribulation and without receiving the proper recognition for ones work.
Men of God
"What the church needs today is nor more machinery or better, not new organizations or more and novel methods, but men whom the Holy Spirit can use... The Holy Spirit does not flow through methods but through men. He does not come on machinery but on men. He does not anoint plans but men...Natural ability and educational advantages do not figure as factors in this matter; but capacity for faith, the ability to pray, the power of thorough consecration, the ability of self-littleness, an absolute losing of one's self in God's glory and an ever-present and insatiable yearning and seeking after all the fullness of God - men who can set the church ablaze for God; not in a noisy showy way, but with an intense and quiet heat that melts and moves every thing
For God. God can work wonders if He can get suitable men."
